Client Terms
General terms for Aurora Assist support services.
Last updated: 3 July 2026.
Scope
Aurora Assist provides business and personal administrative, compliance, correspondence, document-organisation and practical problem-solving support, including UK and US-related matters where they fall within scope. The scope of work should be agreed in writing before work begins.
Professional input
Where a matter needs specialist or regulated professional input, we will make sure the right person is involved. This may include work through a supervising consultant, a specialist contractor, a referral partner or a defined practical support role alongside another professional.
Client responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information, disclose relevant facts, provide documents promptly, review drafts carefully and confirm instructions before documents are sent externally.
Fees and payment
Fees should be confirmed in writing for each matter or task. Work may be paused where fees, instalments or requested information are overdue.
Confidentiality
We handle client information confidentially, subject to legal obligations, fraud prevention, safeguarding, professional advice, contractor involvement and dispute-management needs.
Limitations
We provide practical support based on information supplied. We cannot guarantee outcomes with third parties, public bodies, creditors, employers, courts, platforms or regulators.
Termination
Either party may end the working relationship in writing, subject to payment of fees due for work already carried out and any agreed notice or fixed-fee terms.
