We confirm what Aurora Assist can do, what it cannot do, what may require specialist or regulated input and whether another company within the wider group, a consultant or an external professional is better placed.

Document control

We collect, label and order documents, screenshots, emails, letters, invoices, notices and notes so that the matter can be understood in sequence.

Practical action

We prepare correspondence, draft summaries, build issue lists, chase missing information, prepare evidence packs and help move the matter to its next sensible step.

Escalation or handover

If specialist input, formal representation or regulated professional support is needed, we help prepare a proper handover and can coordinate with appropriate consultants, contractors or referral partners.
