Initial Right of Rejection - First 30 Days

Fee: £144

Details: This fixed fee covers the initial phase of our services, which includes understanding your situation, providing preliminary advice, and initiating communication with the seller or relevant party.

Intermediate Rejection Phase - Between 30 Days and 6 Months:

Fee: £188

Details: This fee is applicable when you've owned the vehicle for over 30 days and a problem arises with the vehicle. Once the dealer has accepted a return, they may attempt to charge for fair wear and tear. Advanced Phase - After 6 Months but Before 12 Months for a Cash Sale; or Until Finance Agreement Ends:

Fee: £244

Details: After the 6-month mark, the onus shifts to you to prove that the fault was present at the time of sale or that such a fault should not have occurred given the vehicle's age and mileage. Our services during this phase are dedicated to assisting you in enforcing your rights against the dealer, manufacturer, or finance company, as applicable.
